What is a virtual Wellness Retreat?
Enjoy the benefits of a wellness retreat
without having to leave home!
Learn how to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life to help kick start you into the lifestyle you deserve.
The day will consist of live seminars on gratitude, nutrition, as well as yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes.
Our guest speakers include Jennifer Krag, Dee Drombolis, and Nicole Thomson.
You will also receive handouts to help you choose independent activities throughout the day.
Retreat members will connect on the app "Zoom" for all scheduled live sessions. An email will be sent out with meeting ID and password to attendees.
Saturday morning will start between 8:30-9:00 with coffee and networking to be sure everyone's Zoom is working and to introduce ourselves (you don't need to be on the whole 30 minutes if you don't want to be).
The retreat will begin at 9:00am and run until 4:00pm and will be on and off screen so you will have moments that you are connected during seminars and then times on your own to hopefully do some of the activities provided or just to deal with things needing your attention at home.
Handouts and schedule will be emailed to attendees as well as a list of what to have on hand.
